Many people have their tax returns rejected because they use personal or self-employed information (fullz) to apply for their returns. In this article, I will help you with a guide to applying for an EIN for your fullz.
What is EIN?
An EIN, or Employer Identification Number, is a unique nine-digit identification number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to business entities operating in the United States. The EIN is used to identify businesses for tax purposes and is similar to a social security number for an individual.
Businesses must obtain an EIN if they have employees, operate as a corporation or partnership, file certain tax returns or withhold taxes on income paid to a non-resident alien, among other circumstances.
