I have shared many tutorials about checks in the past and decided to post less content on them. Still, there are people in my DM's who keep asking if they can get updates on the latest cheque moves, and I decided to share this guide on how to write an electronic check, which you can let your client deposit and cashout out for you. Even though I have used this method, the screenshot guide you will see in this article belongs to a third-party user and is rightfully mine, so be guided. 

How to write an electronic check and Deposit it for Cashout


Now, before you can write an electronic check and cash out, you will need some requirements to get the job done, and these tools are: 

  1. EmailAcheck app 
  2. Bank log with money
  3. Google search the bank log's address
  4. Client Name and Address 
  5. iPhone users only

Now that you know the requirements, let's get started on how to build the check to your drop for the cash out. 

A Step-by-Step Guide to Write an Electronic Check

1. With your IP connected, head over to the App Store or Google Playstore and download the EmailAcheck app


2. Install and click on register when you open it.


3.Then enter an account with random info, but make sure the email is good, as they will send a code there.


3. When you receive the OTP code in your email, enter it here and verify


4. Then, on your dashboard, Click on Create a new account.


5. Now, enter the bank log details and the address of the bank you searched for here. Then, fill in the routing number and the remaining information.


6. Click ok Once the logs are successfully added to the emailacheck platform.


7. The app will send two micro-deposits to the logs for you to verify in 2 to 3 days.



8. After you've gotten the code, head back to the emailacheck  app and click on ''Validate account''.

9. Enter the two microdeposits sent to the bank logs and verify.


10. It's time to start writing your check, so click 'Write a check.'


11. Then click on 'Select receiver.'


12. Tap on 'Add check receiver.'

13. Now start by entering your drop information here: Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.


14. Note: The phone number will serve as the password, which will be use it to open the check email.


15. Once the client details are successfully added, tap ok.


16. Ensure you enter  $5,000 in the amount section, which is the maximum per check you can send; anything else will result in an error. 


17. The Check will be created successfully if you finish entering the necessary amount for everything.

18. Then, Click 'SEND' to send the check successfully



19. The Check will appear in your client's email like this for him to download.


20. An example of how the check will look with all the security features of a perfect check so no bank will decline it.

21. For the  Endorsement, Write the full name of the client


How to Deposit Your Electronic CHECKS

You have three simple means to cash out this electronic check, which:

  1. Send it to your drop email and ask the client to download it on a laptop. Then, open the Mobile app and take a picture of the front and back of the check to deposit into her bank.
  2. If you have the card Premium Bank, you can also print it and take a picture of the front and back of the check you created in the check section in your card bank.
  3. With this strategy, allow the drop Print out the check on a standard white plain sheet, sign the back, cut the edges of the paper, and deposit it at the ATM.
