How To File SBA Hurricane Milton Disaster Assistance

20. Select U.S Individual Income Tax Return


21. Agree to the term and continue 


22. Select the three options. ( BUSINESS FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT ) OR ( BUSINESS TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES ) OR ( LOSS OF WORKING CAPITAL)


23. Click Add property 


24. Enter the fullz address and select "This application owns this property."


25. Select the correct address and save


26. Click Next Disaster Declaration 


27. Go for Hurricane


 28. Enter Fullz's Name and the Description of the Business.


 29. Number of employees ( for personal business, only choose more than ten employees. You know the numbers). Enter the Business State and the Date when the Establishment started to run or Operate.


30. Have you used a previous address to file tax - ( AnswerNO )


31. Click on Add Info


32. Put in the owner's details 


33. And with Title/Role at your business, answer( Sole Proprietorship )


34. Choose the answers just like in this screenshot


35. Choose Applicants who are not a veteran and the remaining according to your fullz


36. Click on Next Insurance coverage 


37. Tap Insurance Coverage


38. Do as you see in the screenshot


39. Select the name and enter the address again


40. Click on Next Summary 


41. Click on submit and continue


42. Agree and continue


43. Tap this section and sign,


44. Sign here, too, and click on Finish


45. If you see something like this, click on the Message, then open the unread Message


46. Otherwise, scroll down to see if they ask you for more proof or information, and click view request.


47. Fill in these fields and scroll down to click on next.


48. With the Personal financing, do the same thing but change the figures


49. Change the amount as well 


50. Click on Next


51. Check mark this section and continue 


52. Agree and Continue 


53. Sign here and click Finish


54. Another notification, click on View Request


55. Click on Next Summery


56. Agree and continue 


57. Checkmark and and continue.


58. Sign here and click Finish


59. Click on Completed action


60. You see all these in Green


61. Refresh this page again to upload and click on view Request.


62. Regarding business property, you can choose anything based on the type of business you choose; I use design, which is why I selected service here.


63. Select the level of the damage 


64. Inventory damage, enter a reasonable amount, and the remaining like below 


65. Now upload the Proof of Damages, both Pictures and Videos 


66. Then submit
